Right mate the deal is:

You join the guild.

Then you have to get tier 9, the triumph head, shoulders, trinket.

The frost trinket.

Respec to get a better holy build.

Then you can raid with us on Thursday, sicne we already have one well geared priest Im sure he will be able to give up his spot for you.

I would expect you to raid as much as you can with us, because you have stated that you have no other events, unless you tell me directly.
