Quite so im afraid.

You will need the following to raid with us:

17K mana plus
2k healing plus
regeneration whilst casting over 500.

Average item lvl 213.

Plus I would say you need Empowered Touch, will boost your nourish especially with the glyph boosting its healing by 27% with all hots.
