New Raiding Rules

LOOT RULES
Main spec before Offspec before Different Armour Spec before Alts before DE.
The 1 item per raid should be applied when more than 1 person of the same armour class needs an item.
EXCEPTION[1] - Due to the nature of leather spellpower itemization, a main spec moonkin will have equal rights to a CLOTH ITEM WITH HIT as long as they are not hit capped. This exception does not apply to offspec moonkins
EXCEPTION[2] - Elemental and Resto shamans will have equal rights over mail spell caster items. We will not specify an item as resto or elemental

Different Armour Spec means that a cloth wearer gets priority over any cloth item that drops. Only when all cloth wearers do not need the item for main spec or off spec, does that item become available to all other armour classes.
Alt characters will always be considered last.

If there are any disagreements with how the loot is distributed, then in the first instance you should bring it up with the raid leader of your group. DO NOT ask the raid leader of the other group to sort out any disagreements. If you still feel that loot has been distributed unfairly, then the next course of action is to approach the GM.

In addition, the raid leader and officers will also use their judgement on whether an item is a better upgrade for someone. Therefore, at their discretion, the loot may not be put to a roll. This can only occur once in any raid week for the same person and only if the member has not received any upgrade that week.

An example how this may apply: An item of ilevel 251 drops, 2 members of the raid say its an upgrade, one member has ilevel 226, the other ilevel 245. In this case the officer/raid leader may use their discretion to award the item to the member with the lower item


Flasks
The Guild Bank will endeavour to supply 2 flasks for each PROGRESS raid a member attends in full, or unless swapped out.
If a member of the raid chooses to leave early other than being swapped out, then no flasks will be issued.

Flasks can only be supplied as long as members help to stock the guild bank with the materials to produce these items

AFK

During trash or the break that the RL gives you (usually 10mins) this is when you can go get a drink or go to the toilet, NOT before a boss pull.

These rules are not designed to be exhaustive, but to provide a consistent way that loot is distributed.

As a further note of explanation.

I myself highly frown apon PVP gear used for raiding, there better be a good reason for you using it.

With raiding, it always come first, dont pvp on raid days, if you have signed up, unless you are on standby.
So to show us you care about the team effort towards the outcome of the guild, we ask you to use your frost badges for upgrades to your pve spec FIRST, after you have bought all you can, then yuo can freely buy what you want.

Please add that peple have a DETERMINED break, this is where they go to have a piss/drink during raid time. Not before boss fights but farming trash is allowed.
